We opened AIM back in May 2019 after wanting to have a space to shoot regularly whilst creating a fun and friendly environment for people to come along and try archery.

Ray Napier – Owner/Instructor
Ray Started archery over a decade ago and found his passion for life. Exploring the vast provenance of mankind’s oldest tradition, teaching people, and sharing the fun is his absolute joy.
Ray lives and breathes archery and whatever you need to excel he will get for you.
Lawrence Kruger Pulis – Instructor
Lawrence is the personified coolness of old-school quality. He devises targets, range set-ups and any other infrastructural impossibility. His security background comes in nicely when he is teaching safety and technique in his inimitable instructor tone making you a pro instantly.
Tony Galea – Instructor
Tony is a self-confessed “archerholic”, and loves the technical side of the sport, including string making and bow tuning. He has been shooting bows and crossbows, slings, and firearms for so long, he can’t remember when it all started. He is determined to ensure you leave our range a better archer than when you arrived.
